Portal is best method for non-urgent messages, med refills, appointments, and questions about tests and results. If you have an urgent need that cannot wait, send a message by Spruce and mark the 'urgent' button. For refills of meds dispensed in clinic, schedule a 'med refill' appointment and indicate what and how much you need.
